Serving the community since 1970

"Our core mission of “Strengthening Communities by Building Strong Families” continues to be our calling and the focus of all we do. CDS always offers hope and renewed opportunity. We are always grounded, not just in soothing rhetoric or simply the desire to help, but in vetted and successful programs administered by highly competent staff – all of whom have embraced CDS’s mission."
