Residential Counselor/ Case Manager (Lake City, FL)

CDS Family & Behavioral Health Services, Inc. has a career opportunity in the health and human services field working as a Counselor / Case Manager for our Interface Youth Program in Columbia County. We are looking for professionals to work with at-risk youth and their families, providing excellent counseling services and developing partnerships through collaboration with organizations in the community. If you are dedicated, passionate, and have a genuine desire to positively impact the lives of youth and their families, we encourage you to apply. Qualified candidates will possess the following skills and experience: Master’s Degree in Counseling, social work, psychology or other behavioral sciences required, experience in counseling adolescents, providing family interventions and parenting education. As a Youth Care Worker, you will be a coach and positive role model. You will help youth learn and demonstrate social skills, positive relationship behaviors, and successful job and school attendance skills. As a member of our team, you will receive training and attend staff meetings identified as being essential to success on the job. Qualified candidates will possess and demonstrate the following: Attention to detail, ability to prioritize, multi-task, and switch gears in a dynamic environment, good listening skills, ability to be consistent and follow-through, professional work ethic, ability to work under pressure, and positive mindset. Residential Supervisor- East (Palatka, FL)

Residential Supervisor for short term shelter program for youth. Responsible for managing the daily operations of a residential shelter working in conjunction with the Regional Coordinator. Master’s degree or above in counseling, social work, psychology, or other behavioral science or Bachelor’s Degree and one year of related work experience in lieu of education requirement. Previous experience working with adolescents and children, and knowledge regarding their behavior is a plus. Supervisory experience in a residential setting preferred.
