SNAP Facilitator- Gainesville, FL

CDS Family & Behavioral Health Services, Inc. has a job opportunity working as a Facilitator for our SNAP Program in Gainesville. SNAP (Stop Now And Plan) is an evidence-based, gender-specific, prevention curriculum intended to serve boys and girls (ages 6 through 11) who have been identified as exhibiting certain risk factors. Services are delivered to youth, and concurrently, their parents in small group settings. The SNAP facilitator is responsible for administering the SNAP curriculum to either the parent or child group during the 13-week SNAP group cycle. The facilitator must attend the 5-day
