Special recognition for Tracey Ousley, our Chief Operations Officer

"It is my pleasure to add a special recognition for Tracey Ousley, our Chief Operations Officer. She has been a dedicated member of CDS for over 30 years. She says CDS is now in her DNA and will always be a part of her family and I can attest to her demonstrating this commitment consistently over the years. She is certainly well versed in all that is CDS as she has moved up through a number of critical positions within the agency. Soon she will become the interim CEO and I and the board are so pleased she has agreed to take on these duties for the coming months. CDS will be in good hands as the agency will experience retirements and transitions during the next year but as always will continue to be dedicated to our mission."- Jim Pearce, CEO
