"It is my pleasure to add a special recognition for Tracey Ousley, our Chief Operations Officer. She has been a dedicated member of CDS for over 30 years. She says CDS is now in her DNA and will always be a part of her family and I can attest to her demonstrating this commitment consistently over the years. She is certainly well versed in all that is CDS as she has moved up through a number of critical positions within the agency. Soon she will become the interim CEO and I and the board are so pleased she has agreed to take on these duties for the coming months.
